At Nekorporat, we believe that technology should serve people, not the other way around. We reduce the number of clicks, automate and integrate systems so that people can focus on important tasks instead of administration. Our mission is to bring simpler and happier lives through efficient and modern approaches.
Náš zrod

Our creation

In 2021, we, Zdeněk and Tomáš, stood at the crossroads of our careers. Zdeněk left a managerial position in a large social enterprise and Tomáš sold his IT company. Our shared desire to help others led to the founding of Nekorporat, a company that helps make other people and societies happier. We saw an opportunity to improve the lives of people dealing with serious illnesses, birth defects or injuries. All this intensified in 2022, when a strategic partner in the form of the Yottabe group joined us.

Our goal is to help companies modernize their businesses and optimize daily processes so they can increase their efficiency and focus on their growth and innovation instead of unnecessary clicking and administration.


We also want to help disadvantaged people get skills and opportunities for better jobs, because we believe that every person, despite their disadvantage, can live and work according to their wishes and dreams. We enable new colleagues to acquire digital skills to work in IT or other fields such as accountants, marketers, project managers or designers.

How to bring quick and affordable solutions?

From the beginning, we saw huge potential in low-code/no-code platforms that allow complex projects to be created in hours. Thanks to these platforms, we can bring fast and affordable solutions to the market.

These platforms are simpler and do not require complex programming knowledge, which meant a clear path to our goal: to help companies reduce the number of clicks, modernize society through automation and digitization and streamline their daily processes, and help disadvantaged people gain new knowledge.

Education and input of other experts

But our journey was not only about technology. We needed to create an education program that would give people real skills. That's how the Smart Academy was created, thanks to which people will penetrate digital skills, such as the basics of programming, working with data, project management and more.

At the same time, we needed experts with many years of practical experience, not only in the field of IT, but also in the field of business management strategy, business analysis, optimization and setting up corporate culture.

That's why we started reaching out to the capacities in the fields and managed to put together a group of more than 20 experts who have long-term experience in various industries and at the same time are not afraid to pass on their knowledge and skills. So they not only optimize and educate other companies, but also educate our other colleagues.

The growth of companies often leads to a so-called process corporation with complicated and inefficient processes. As we ourselves have extensive experience from large companies, we know very well how bureaucracy can slow down productivity. That's why Nekorporat focuses on simplicity and efficiency so businesses can grow and innovate.


As smaller companies grow, they often invest in new tools that are not fully adapted to their needs. Employees have to adapt to these tools, leading to more complex processes and reliance on legacy spreadsheets. The result is more clicking, manual rewriting of data, and bottlenecks that slow down the entire process.
